Rick's hospital stay

May 12 - 15

Rick did amazing after surgery.. he was up and out of bed the next day (well for a little bit and in a wheelchair)..

Rick was well enough to come home on May 15th and is recovering well... I think the 3 of us are going to spend a lot of time together at home for the next month or so!!!! It will be a lot of fun (after Rick doesn't hurt so much of course).

Rick's Surgery Day

Rick went in for his 6th surgery since the car accident that happened on August 12, 2010.. today the surgeon was going to do a bone graft and replace the metal in his leg.. the surgery went super well and hopefully in 6-8 weeks he can start putting weight on his leg again!!! The 3 of us are very excited for when he can walk again!!!!

The Boise Zoo

It was the day before Rick went in to have surgery, so we decided to have a fun family day. Since Rick will be recovering for a while we decided to do something outside! And the weather could not have been better for going to the Zoo.. Paetyn had a fantastic time... she loved to see all the animals!
